Shroud of Turin Accidentally Washed with Cardinal's Red T-Shirt
One of the better recent Onion parodies of religion, topic per title above, is found here, just in time for Easter.
What's sad is that the "real" media will likely come out with something no less funny, just not intentionally so.
Anyone else think the picture on the shroud in the Onion article very strongly resembles the man who formerly was an admissions guru at SWNID's institution, and is now the senior minister of a well-known Louisville mega-church (a.k.a. "Russell Stadium")?
"What's sad is that the "real" media will likely come out with something no less funny, just not intentionally so."
Let's here it for CBS News 60 Minutes. They are rebroadcasting a story on the ossuary of James on Easter Sunday and promting it as if it were a new story.
