Tom, we admit that "miss" is harder to misspell than "corpsman" is to mispronounce, though we know of no instance of actual misspelling of "miss." Further, we insist that "misunderestimate" has proved to be a valuable addition to the language.

We also assert that the difficulty of being POTUS should not be underestimated, as do most of those who wish to label certain chief executives as idiots or charlatans. That this goes for both sides goes without saying.

Agreed - that is why I equally denounce Robert Gibbs for his stupid stunt regarding Sarah Palin's hand-notes, as well as Republicans that make fun of the president for using a teleprompter.

I don't want the president - or any president for that matter - memorizing speeches. I want him to be thinking about solutions and moving the country forward.

We need serious people to solve serious problems...
