In the first real sign of political resistance to the Obama phenomenon, the Republican National Committee has released this little ad:
We'll see if anyone listens.

This is why I don't give RNC money - what a tremendous waste.
I hope people won't listen until they make a substantive argument. That's not it. But it does help to show what's wrong with political advertising these days (on both sides of the political fence) - lots of accusations and snide remarks, and not much else.
amen jake - that's why I have some respect for Huck - at lest he answers the questions presented - but he even ends up falling into some of the "snideiness"
But I'm not convinced that there's a need for more "substantive argument" from the Republicans. The numbers speak for themselves.
As to the piece being snide, of course it is. It's political advertising. Has anyone noticed the ongoing DNC strategy of trying to govern on Bush hatred, having run on it since 2006?
Huckabee? Face it: he doesn't understand economics, period. His "fair tax" was a crock.

Well, who does give to political parties?
