Ellery Publicity Machine Continues to Produce

CCU alums Tasha and Justin Golden, "Ellery" as a musical duo, continue to stay in the news as they tour the republic. Check out the affirming story from the South Bend Tribune.

Who knew that a Bible college with a music program focused on worship leadership could also produce commercially successful performers? With people as fine as the Goldens, it just happens naturally, it seems.

They are incredible... although they have reminded me of the Carpenters in the past.

And what's wrong with the Carpenters?

for what it's worth, justin is not a product of the music dept. his major was biblical studies.

At CCU, everybody majors in biblical studies, including Bachelor of Music students.

Justin was one of those students who loaded up on bibs with no professional program. He did, as I recall, avail himself of some elective hours in music. But I could be wrong (rare admission on this blog).

And after all, Tasha is the real star of the group, and she received the Bachelor of Music degree.
