We direct gentle readers yet again to the wit and wisdom (mostly wit) of P. J. O'Rourke, this time at the LA Times. His faux graduation address is an excellent counterpoint to the sloppy sentimentality of mildly leftist seasonal orations.
For less-alert gentle readers: SWNID doesn't equate capitalist acquisitiveness with virtue, though we do think that a bit of this perspective is a needed antidote to the equation of anti-capitalism with virtue.

P.J. is one of the greatest writers on Economics today (I highly recommend "Eat the Rich")- glad to see a little capitalist thinking from the swnid.
