Palin about Letterman
The jury's still out on the national political future of Sarah Palin, but one can't help but admire the way in this interview she speaks plainly and persistently about David Letterman's tasteless joke at her daughter's expense.
Having just called out national figures for whining, we note that it's not whining when your kids have been disrespected.

It has been interesting to see this played out in the media - although she had a decent interview w/ Matt (and I agree that Letterman crossed way over the line - regardless of the age or who's daughter it is - - every woman is someones daughter!) you could clearly see that she has a long road to become a polished candidate. I'm still a fan since she is an "average jody" like most of the rest of us, but I don't see how she will be a significant future high level candidate - of course Joe Biden is the Vice President so - hey anything can happen!
